Question: My query to DR.VPYK XXXXXXX ONLY..mam I have severe headache,fever,cold,sneezing, since yesterday morning..PLEASE HELP..i NEED YOUR ADVISE.thanks in advance

Get investigations like complete blood picture,QBC for MP,widal test,urine culture if symptoms doesn't subside even after starting drugs.

As of now your son can be managed with antibiotics and ear drops,if ASOM is progressed to CSOM thereby complicating to Mastoiditis or CNS infection.
So avoid exacerbations of the disease by early initiation of antibiotic course in your son s case and do not worry.
