Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Question: I am getting severe headache often for the past 4 - 5 days. Today, I discovered that my BP is a little low. My cholesterol level too is high. Am I getting the headache because of BP/cholesterol? My weight is 64kg and height is 160cm. Also, note that I do not consume alcohol or smoke.
Also, can you suggest multivitamin tablets for me?

Brief Answer:
High BP causes headache
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
I have seen your reports and your cholesterol is only marginally high. You do not need medicines for this. You will need lifestyle measures to control it like low calorie foods, daily exercise.
Now your BP is low and is a less probable cause of headache.
Please get evaluated for headache by a neurologist. You will need investigations like x-ray and ct scan of the head.
Regarding multivitamins, you can take becosules. Even vitamins should be taken after testing for deficiency.
Let me know if I can help you.
