Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Headaches and abdominal pains can be due to several causes and we need to find out the cause(s).
Is there any visual symptoms like blurring of vision or flashes of light when you get the headache?. Is it a throbbing in the head, does light or sound disturbs you or do you have nausea or vomiting when you have headache.? Is there any other symptom?
Is the abdominal pain related to food, if so let me know how food affects it.
Do you have a healthy lifestyle, eat wholesome food, exercise 30 minutes a day and practice stress relief? Do you smoke or consume alcohol or caffeinated beverages?
Let me have your input to go further.

0n rare occasion have i ever experienced flashes of light, there are times when there is a throbbing in my head but mostly i have constant pain in different locations, temples, front, back or on top all random times and spots. sound and or light has no effect, i don't believe nausea or vomiting comes from my headaches. My abdominal pain comes on after eating, at times more severe than others and sometimes not at all after eating, but after eating most anything or amount I've got to spend time on the toilet. I do eat a lot of fruits and vegitbles but don't exercise nor practice stress relief, I don't smoke or consume alcohol, I do drink soda, some coffee, some peach tea.

Does it usually take this long to get a response?

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your input.
Sorry for the delay in replying as I was not online.
Your symptoms are very suggestive of a vascular headache like an atypical migraine and the abdominal symptoms are suggestive of an irritable bowel syndrome.
If you have seen a doctor for this or done any tests, please upload the results.
These symptoms are usually aggravated and often precipitated by stress and certain types of food. If you can identify any precipitating factor, it is best to avoid it.
If you have not done any test so far, then please get a complete blood count, ESR and a stool routine examination done and let me have the results.
Let me know your blood pressure and heart rate and also whether you have any history of asthma.
