Question: Hello Doctor i am facing problem from few months that i feel weakness whole day and not feel energetic.every time i feel pain in my complete body.another major problem is, i am having a severe headache at back and above ear.whenever i get angry and stressed, my hands starts shivering and feel like dizziness.also having high blood pressure but not taking any pills.i am not able to understand whats happening.
