Brief Answer:
Paracetamol can be given

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You can give the drug Esgipyrin SP (containing diclofenac and paracetamol) to your child. The maximum dosage for her is 2 mg per kg body weight.
However, a better drug to give in headache is simple paracetamol (crocin) 500 mg , as it has less side effects and is as effective as Esgipyrin SP.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
