Question: Im having off and on hot rushing (no sweating) feeling followed by the sudden need to poop had a similar incident a month or so ago but a lot more intense in that incident i felt like i couldn't breathe and it went on for several minutes

To rule the same out , please get a hormonal profile done with FSH , LH and AMH levels . A high FSH &LH levels and low AMH shall confirm the diagnosis and then you may be supplemented with hormonal supplementation if required to control yoru symptoms.
