Question: Having severe itching between the thighs, have been applying Lotrimin for three weeks. But havent seen improvement

Yes, applied the Lotrimin anti fungal cream , its more than three weeks but not much improvement. Is there any other cream that i should apply?

There can be supradded bacterial infection also. You can use topical nadifloxacin cream and 1% hydrocortisone ointment and see if it helps. Otherwise oral antifungals will be needed.
