It seems that initially there was an infection with Scabies which has now become chronic and that is why you are having the kind of lesions described.

In such cases, I first allow the skin to return to normal uninflamed state before proceeding with antiscabetic medication. Deviation from this causes harm and delays the recovery further.
I am sure anyone will adopt all measures suggested to get the most out of help:

1 For the first few days, say 7 days, one is advised to apply Eumosone cream thrice daily for first 4 days and twice daily for next three days.
After that use of Crotorax HC cream is highly recommended twice daily

2 Tab levocetrizine 5-10 mg daily to match needs to control itching

3 Single tab Ivermectin 12 mg

Once the irritation and swelling part is controlled one can go for GBHC treatment which needs to be applied every week for five weeks all areas of body neck downwards with massage without a bath intervening between three applications every week at 12 hrly intervals
