Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

Question: I suffer severe knee pain from time to time. Especially in colder months. My right knee is the worst I have 4 surgeries one being acl repair 15 years ago. My knees crack when I walk and I am forced to use a cane sometimes . My knees feel like I be been crawling on hardwood floor for hours. Every women in my family has had both their knees replaced. I'm only 31. What's wrong. It even hurts when I struggle to go to the bathroom.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The most likely cause could be early onset of Osteoarthritis. In this there is erosion of joint surface with loss of joint space.
To help you further please tell me-Do you have pain in any other joint,beside knee? And may send the X-ray picture of knee joint.
