Brief Answer:
The constipation needs to be relieved first

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Going by the details provided it seems that the constipation could be the likely cause of your lower abdominal pain (although a clinical examination is needed for cofirmation). If that is the case, you need to take plenty of water and fluids to drink. You also need to take plenty of green leafy vegetables as well as fiber supplements like senna, psyllium husk etc. and laxatives like PEG to help in forming the bulk of the stool. Regular morning walk is also essential.

If the condition does not improve, it would be a good idea to visit a doctor.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
