Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine And Dizziness

I am having sever migraine, feeling fatigued from a week.
I am feeling dizzy, light headedness, loss of appetite, I eat because I feel weak otherwise I just don't feel like eating at all. I am feeling a sinking feeling in my stomach. Also, from last few months there are brown spots on my torso and they keep increasing in number and some in size as well.
I am losing weight constantly from last year or so, my skin is turning pale and dark in color, I have blurry vision, it is worse sometimes. I do use glasses. I am feeling bloating in my stomach from past few weeks.
Thank you.

3. You are feeling dizzy, light headedness, loss of appetite, you eat because you feel weak otherwise you just don't feel like eating at all.
4. You are feeling a sinking feeling in your stomach.

All these conditions would point out there is a possibility of a Lesion in Abdomen which has gone to Brain and the brown spots can be para neoplastic syndrome
You will need
1. X Ray Chest and Abdomen
2. USG Abdomen
3. MRI Brain with Spine Screening
4. Fundus Examination
5. Clinical Examination of the Skin Lesion
I would suggest you to visit your Neurosurgeon at the earliest . We can proceed with treatment only after these examinations and Investigations are done.
