Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Pain In Hamstrings

Question: I am having severe muscle pain (mainly hamstrings)... no medication is helping. I've tried Robaxin, Skelaxin, Zanaflex. Can u tell which might be the strongest? and what is creating these sore muscles? (will explain a little further). Thanks.
I am being treated by Pain Mgmt specialist for Lower Back Pain, while considering Spinal Fusion at poss. 2 levels. But that's NOT the issue I'm asking about. I received Opiates for pain control of LBP... but these SORE MUSCLES primarily down both of the back of my legs is unusual...and it is NOT radiating pain. IT'S LIKE EXCRUCIATING MUSCLE SORENESS.
Oxycontin & Percocet manage my LBP. But this muscle soreness is new & severe.
Have tried (as I mentioned): Zanaflex, Robaxin, Skelaxin, Tylenol with Codeine....nothing helps. Have tried ice...and heat. Have been stretching past few days. But this is severe, acute situation. Seems very strange.
As I mentioned, I am very familiar with my Lower Back problem, treatment modalities, and am considering a Fusion at 1-3 levels. FYI, here is MRI summary but current problem does NOT seem related.
MRI IMPRESSION (Nov. 2014):
--L4-5 degenerative disc and endplate changes with grade 1 anterolisthesis. Superimposed degenerative changes result in severe canal stenosis and mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.
--Addtl degenerative changes described above include moderate L3-4 and mild L2-3 canal stenosis. There is mild bilateral L5-S1 foramina narrowing.
--Note, the anterior L4-5 intervertebral disc is T2 hyper intense with adjacent endplate changes. This is favored to represent sequela of degeneration and/or abnormal motion, but imagine cannot exclude infection. (FYI, I do NOT have an "infection." Def. NOT.) --END OF REPORT---

Brief Answer:
Muscle soreness can be due to low B 12 and Calcium
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and MRI. Your muscle soreness can not be treated with just pain killers. I would like to treat the cause of muscle soreness. It can be due to lack of B 12 or Calcium. I would like to know little detail about your illness before I advised you any thing.
1.Are you a Diabetic or thyroid patient?
2.Are you also smoker? Are you taking medicines other than pain killers?
3.Do you have depression or anxiety also?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks

Hi, I looked up "Etoricoxib" and it is not avail in the U.S. (not FDA approved). Is it similar to Celebrex? Also, what is "Carnisure" & is it avail in U.S.? Is it Rx? Thanks.
--How much Vitamin B12 & Calcium daily?
--Is "Carnisure" same as LEVOCARNITINE (Generic)/CARNITOR (Brand)? I see that XXXXXXX sells a supplement called "L Carnitine" (Essential Amino Acid, 1000mg daily). Would that be OK?
--"Celebrex" has been recalled in U.S. Is "Celecoxib" OK? Thank you so much for your help.
