Brief Answer:
Many of your current medications can cause the muscle pain ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I see from your list of current medications that you are quite a few medications and so it would be wise to go through the list to look for the side effect of muscle pain associated with any of them. The muscle pain can be a side effect of:

1. Prograf: Although a rare side effect, muscle pain has been listed in the possible side effects of this drug

2. Rapamune: Can also cause muscle pain or cramps

3. Bactrim: Muscle pain is not usually associated with the use of bacterium

4. Klonopin: Not associated with muscle pain

5. Protonix: Not associated with muscle pain

6. Crestor: A very common side effect is unexplained muscle pain, so was this ruled out? If yes, how was it ruled out?

7. Prozac (fluoxetine): Not associated

8. Wellbutrin: Not associated

9. Seroquel: Not associated

10. Zofran: No association

11. Ambien: Common side effect of muscle pain is seen

12. Toporol XL: Not associated

13. Fentanyl patch: No

14. Hydrocodone: No

So in conclusion, we have run through the time frames, as in when the muscle pain began and when the particular drugs that can cause muscle pain were initiated.

As for the crestor you mentioned, a blood test cannot rule out whether or not the side effect of muscle pain is being caused by crestor or not. So please do go through the list I have mentioned above with your doctor and see if a solution can be reached in order to make you feel more comfortable ma'am.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
