Suggest Treatment For Severe Nasal Allergy And Running Nose

Question: I had a severe nasal allergy a few days ago like starting last Sunday (about a week ago). It continues on Monday (about 6 days ago) and stopped on Monday night. While that happens my nose never stopped running for about 15-20 hours. Nothing has happened again till late last night or about 15 hours ago, the bottom of my right lower jaw has started to swollen. I am very concern if this is going to be a sign of cancer since I do not know if nasal allergy with big time runny nose is considered as a Sinus infection and second that happened only on Monday and now is already about 5 days later and then my right side bottom of the lower jaw is swollen. Do you think my neck swollen up is due to sinus infection or not... I hear people that has cancer feel warmth on the lymph node but I do not have the particular feeling. I hope to hear from you soon!

Salivary gland inflammation?

Hi Sir,
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are most probably suggestive of infectious pathology.
It could be Salivary gland infection.
So in order to confirm the diagnosis and rule out abscess,an MRI of the involved region is very much needed in your case.
Meanwhile Antibiotics and Analgesics will help to relieve your symptoms.
These drugs should be taken under expert medical guidance.
