Suggest Treatment For Severe Nasal Congestion And Ear Pain
Question: hi,
I am suffering from high mucus production in my nose causing stuffy nose & also pain in my ears.
I do not have cold or any other medical condition to cause that. this condition has grown since last 2 years. I saw some physicians & they gave me antiallergic tablets & nasal spray to unclog that. this thing I am using since 2 years now. But I want a permanent solution to this problem.
Please suggest what can I do.

You are probably suffering from a nasal septum deviation and mucosal hypertrophy causing eustachian tube blockage leading to pressure in the ears and pain. The nasal disease should be diagnosed and treated. It will help to relieve the symptoms. Nasal spray are helpful to relieve the symptoms but they don't treat the disease.
You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me so that I can suggest you better.
Continue with the nasal spray and tablet levocetrizine plus montelukast once daily
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
