Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea And Diarrhea After Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
Hello,Thankyou for your question.
Detailed Answer:
Detailed answer..
Since laproscopic surgery is safe surgery and has less chances of infection post surgery as no large cut is needed.
Your symptoms of loose motions and nausea could be because of side effect of any medicine if you are taking or Gastroentritis.
I would like to know about the names of medicines to conclude the cause. If you are not having any medicine then it could be Gastroentritis ,for which you may take tab.domperidone , and proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole)for treatment and take plenty of water. You have to also avoid spicy and fried food for some days.
If you get further alarming symptoms like fever or more than 2 episodes of loose stools and vomiting ,then you may need to get stool test done and may need antibiotic course for 1 to 2 weeks.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull.
Do ask if you have further quieries to ask.

symptoms can be because of gastroentritis
Detailed Answer:
Since Atenolol is beta blocker, which has no known side effect of loose motions, But chlorathalidone can cause nausea and stomach ache but again no known side effect of loose motions caused by this medicine also.
In my point of view, most likely your symptoms can be because of gastroentritis.
Gastrointeritis is infection of intestine. It can be viral or bacterial or because of parasites. Most common cause is viral and in most cases the infection clears over some days but sometimes take longer. The main risk is the lack of fluid in the body (dehydration) .
The main treatment is to drink lot of water to avoid dehydration. For nausea and discomfort you may take tab.domperidone.
See your doctor if you suspect that you are dehydrating ,or if you have any worrying symptoms like tiredness, dizziness ,headaches, muscular cramps, a dry mouth or tongue, weakness and irritability.
Otherwise have light food for some days, drink plenty of water ,and avoid spicy and fried food and follow accordingly.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull for you.
Wish you best of health.
