Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Nausea and vomiting with history of travelling , acid reflux history, non compliance to acid reflux medicine has all contributed to this flare of gastric discomfort, blood in vomit and bile is likely due to retching during nausea.
You need supportive care, immediate IV hydration with PPIs and antacids, fluids diet, BRAT diet, pomegranate juices and green tea, Yogurt and peppermint with meals and alot of fluids.
No need to worry , its a mere stomach flu worsened by travelling and irregular intake of GERD medicines. Hang in there. The symptoms will improve shortly.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget o close the discussion please.

Khan
