Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Sprain

Question: I have severe neck sprain may be because of improper sleeping posture ,suffering from 2 days ,took volini,combiflam pain reduced a bit not complete recovery,Please help me how to get out of this neck pain.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
- Continue combiflam at 8 hourly duration (thrice daily) after food.
- Volini application 2 to 4 times a day.
- Bed rest helps as the day-to-day works keep the movement of he neck going on an ultimately there is no rest to the neck muscles as till you are sleeping these are the muscles that keep the neck in erect position.
- Minimum 8 hours sound sleep where the neck is kept in the comfortable position that you decide as per your comfort zone.
- Consult a Doctor to get an additional prescription for painkiller and muscle relaxer tablets.
- Avoid sudden temperature zone changes.
