Brief Answer:
H. Pylori infection related acidity

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for GI symptoms.
1) Yes this condition is completely curable.
2) It is due to acidity and for this you must avoid all that is mentioned by you.
3) Inflammation in last part of stomach is known as antral gastritis and this is associated with H.Pylori infection in 95% cases.
4) H. Pylori infection can be confirmed by doing RUT test on small biopsy tissue of stomach taken during endoscopy. If result will be positive then you must start specific antibiotic treatment for 14 days.
5) Whenever you experience burning pain on upper abdomen you can take antacid syrup for quick relief from pain but it will not help in H.Pylori infection treatment.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy o help you.
Have a nice day!
