Brief Answer:
You need to get an X-ray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello there, I have gone through your query and understand your concern,

One thing, I want to explain first of all to you is that same symptoms are common in patients of elbow replacement because they don't continue physiotherapy and proper diet regimen.

From the symptoms you are explaining, it seems that due to lack of a physiotherapy and may be some improper diet you have developed weakness of muscle around elbow, shoulder and neck region.

So, in my opinion, you have weakness of muscle around elbow which leads to Cervical Spondylosis like symptoms in you.

So I'd advice you to have an X-Ray of elbow joint, in AP and Lateral views and X-ray of cervical spine in AP and lateral view done and please send me the report.

I want to see the exact position of joint and implant placed in the joint, sometimes implant in a join get loose also which may lead to all the similar symptoms which you are experiencing.

Till you get X-ray done take tab. Aceclofenac 100mg + Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice a day by prescription of your treating doctor.

Apply hot packs over the area thrice daily.

I hope you got the answer.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
