Brief Answer:
Get MRI SCAN done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the query.

In my opinion you must visit another orthopedic surgeon, he may advise you MRI of hip joint and of lumbosacral region if necessary.

He will also do your physical examination.

Hip pain if so severe and xray is normal may necessitate MRI SCAN.

MRI always give clear picture of joint space, surrounding muscles, head of femur, acetabulum etc.

Please discuss with your doctor what I have explained you here, and proceed for the MRI.

Why to bear pain in modern era if so much advanced investigations and medicines are available.

After seeing MRI, your doctor may advise you admission in hospital.

Till then have tab. Aceclofenac100mg+ Thiocolchicoside 4mg two times a day by prescription of you local physician as this is not a over the counter medicine.

I hope you got the answer.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
