Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Right Shoulder Blade
Question: So I have some pain In my right shoulder blade area. It goes all the way up and over to my collarbone, and down to the bottom of the blade itself. Also when I lean forward and let my arms dead hang so to speak. I have a depression where the whole right shoulder blade region is at. Where as my left shoulder blade region is nothing like this.

In my opinion you might have a kind of muscular sprain or cervical radiating pain . your medication is fine .
For my patients i recommend you add some hot gentle massaging with topical anti-inflammatory gels , B12 vitamin supplements and muscle relaxants will be effective for most of cases .in more severe or chronic cases steroid tabs or injections are prescribed if required .
For your age i believe stretching exercises , spinal straightening exercises and physiotherapy will be helpful , just be patient .
If pain persist i recommend further investigations like MRI scan on your spine to exclude spinal injuries or disc herniation and follow them up with your neurologist for proper evaluation and management .
