Question: I am having pain from the right side of my head, down my right side of my neck into my shoulder. It's connected some how and it's hard to explain.

It is necessary for imaging studies such cervical plain radiographs and MRI, besides being evaluated by your primary care Doctor, in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Treatment consists first in NSAIDs drugs use, physical therapy, soft cervical collar use, if one of the above diagnoses is confirmed.
