Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Upper Wrist Area

Question: Hi doctor,

My mother has been going thru chemotherapy. Due to chemo, her arm in the upper wrist area is paining due to puss.

I have attached the pics and also the tape which doctor has advised to apply.

Can you please suggest what we should do.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems she has developed phlebitis due to inflammation of the veins because of chemotherapy.
You should apply this dressing on her wound as it prevent further pain and inflammation and will also prevent further infection.
