Brief Answer:
Visit gynecologist at the earliest

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, this is not a very good sign and you need to visit your gynecologist for examination and ultrasound at the earliest tomorrow.
It can be just constipation or routine pain which may subside and never occur again or it can be a serious problem related to tubal ectopic pregnancy which needs urgent care and attention.
Till then take tablet drotin or buscopan if available at this odd time or take tablet paracetamol if nothing above is available.
Take care my dear.
