General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Two children in 22 years of age, must be a strain to your health. Weakness with calcium and vitamin deficiency can be the cause of your pain. Another possibility is that of genital infection. It is characterized by back ache, pelvic pain with vaginal discharge (may be along with itching, burning in urination).
Estimation of health parameters like blood check up for hemoglobin, vitamin D and calcium followed by needful supplements would help. Such condition needs physical examination by a gynecologist, followed by needful investigations and specific treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
