OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Your concerns are lower pelvic pain, back pain and loss of sleep. Pain may be due to body weakness or due to IUD also. Take some multivitamin supplements. Do mild back strengthening exercise. Anyway, you are going to do a scan. Don't lift heavyweight. Do not stress yourself. For regular cycles, you can take T. Meprate under prescription and then change it to some hormonal pill for regularization.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
