My muscles are tight clear down into my calfs. I have tried chiropractor and massages to n help. I also try to stretch my legs daily but nothing seem to help
Like to squat and stand up really hurts the inside of my legs. TO lay and do leg lifts is practically impossible. It hurts to life my legs using the muscle to get into bed or into a car. I was a pretty active person until this started going on about 9 months ago and now restricted so much to what I can do.

Thanks for the query.
In most cases this happens due to muscle pulling or nerve compression in inguinal region. Usually it subside on resting within 4 weeks. In your case it seems like there is something more serious considering pain intensivity and long period. YOu need to do MRI and see is there some other muscle pathology or nerve compression in lumbar area. Ultrasound may help too but it can see only muscles. Also.there can be hip disorder such as arhritis or subluxation. it should ne checkd with xrays.
TIll that you need good physical therapy. Hydrotherapy, TENs, ultarsonographic therapy and massages should be most helpful. But if there is some specific pathology then these methods won help so you need to do these imaging tests I vre recommended. WIsh you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
