Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

Hot compress and oral muscle relaxants will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Motrin, ibuprofen, or Aleve can help with pain control and decrease inflammation due to arthritis.
Activities that cause symptoms should be avoided. A physical therapy program that focuses on establishing non-painful shoulder motion and strengthening of the shoulder muscles will also be helpful.
Cortisone shot will decrease the inflammation but will not help in the long term. You can also get some oral muscle relaxants prescribed from your orthopedician to help it.
Do a regular hot compress and apply local analgesic gel to increase the movement around the joint.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Muscle relaxant will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The constant ache will be helped by hot compress and muscle relaxant. Advil can be taken at every 6 hours but it is best to take a pain killer in addition to muscle relaxant.
Hope my answer is helpful.
