Suggest Treatment For Severe Sinus Infection, Cough And Sneezing
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Coughing and sneezing can cause exertion of lower ribs and intercostal muscles.
So rib pain can be due to your coughing and sneezing.
Liver damage is unlikely but if you want to rule out this than ultrasound examination of abdomen is needed.
So better to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid movements causing pain.
4. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
You will mostly improve in 1-2 weeks.
If not improving than get done chest x ray to rule out lung pathology and ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out liver pathology.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
Apply warm water pad on affected site.
