Suggest Treatment For Severe Sore Throat And Headaches
Question: I have had a severe sore throat for 6 days. along withthis, I've been fatigeud, had headaches and vomited.

A throat swab can be used to run rapid tests for both strep and for influenza. If the rapid strep test is negative, the swab can be sent to a lab for culturing of bacteria.
When you go in to the office or clinic, they can also have a look at your throat, feel your lymph glands, and do a general exam.
Streptococcus is a bacteria that can give a very sore throat, usually also a fever with chills and fatigue.
Influenza (flu) is a virus that can cause a great deal of fatigue, and usually coughing.
With either of them you can have headaches and vomiting.
