Looking at your symptoms,you are probably suffering from Inflammation in your Throat and Larynx(Voice box) due to which you are suffering from pain during swallowing and talking.The pain in your ears might be a radiating pain from your throat or it might be due to the inflammation in your throat whcih might have spread to your ears.

You might find relief by taking Analgesic(like Ibuprofen),Antacid(like Rantac),Oral Decongestant if you are not hypertensive(like containing Phenylephrine),Antihistaminic(like Cetrizine),Vitamin C lozenges and Betadine gargles.

Also do steam inhalation.Voice rest.Don't shout or whisper.Speak only if it is neccessary.When you need to speak,take a deep breath and speak in a soft manner.Avoid dust,smoke and other pollutants.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Avoid eating solid food as they will cause pain while swallowing.Do warm saline gargles.Drinking turmeric milk will also help as turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties.
