Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain Along With Gurgling Sounds And Fatigue

Might be due to gastritis, cap omez 20 mg
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
It is difficult to diagnose without examination.
Kindly provide additional information.
Where is the exact location of the pain?
Have you had any spicy food or outside food?
Is there any alteration in bowel movements?
Did you take alcohol?
Is there any difficulty while micturation?
Is there any vomiting?
It might be due to gastritis, presently I would suggest you to avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking. If it is due to gastritis it may be aggravated by the use of NSAIDS, so I would suggest you to take cap omez 20 mg twice daily half an hour before food.
Have 5-6 small meals instead of 2-3 large ones: This prevents leaving your stomach empty for long durations of time which in turn causes gas formation
Avoid all those food items that can cause increased gas production (eg. Lentils, potatoes, carbonated drinks, oats, sugar-containing drinks, pasta, beans, candy, gum, milk and dairy products, onions, green peppers, onions, celery, apricots, bananas, pears, peaches, etc.). Curd and butter milk are helpful.
Drink plenty of water between all your meals as staying hydrated is crucial in preventing gas production.
You can take probiotic like ecobion or sporolac or Lacfid, it will be beneficial.
With this approach you will surely feel a great improvement.
If pain persists and or increases in intensity, I would suggest you to see doctor for examination and further evaluation.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome again.
I have gone through your query.
Symptoms mentioned by you might be related to muscle catch, presently as we have suspected, you might have had gastritis, I would not advice you for oral analgesic. It would be good if you apply diclofenac gel or spray to the affected area. And also avoid alcohol, which is responsible for aggrevating gastritis.

Hi
Welcome
The pain that you have mentioned now is not related to gastritis. Kindly observe it for a day, it should reduce by itself, it might be related either due to less sleep or might be due to placing your head in some posture while sleeping.
Hope this helps.
