Suggest Treatment For Severely Itchy Rashes On Arm
Question: Something bit me, I think a spider I have a rash that has been itching like CRAZY for days, I've tried every anti-itch creme, hydrocortizine, freaking apple cider vinegar, hydrogen peroixide, ice. I get less than an hour fo relief and its on again. Please help me, I want to cut my arm off.
And let me if you can subscribe something, cuz if not I definitely do not want to pay for your reply. Cuz that means I'll still have to go somewhere and pay a doctor in person and I don't want to pay twice. Cant afford it that's why I don't have insurance as it is.

Brief Answer:
Topical Capzasin will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I understand your concern.
You seem to have refractory pruritus secondary to spider bite.
I advise you to go for topical Capzasin cream 0.025 %.Prior application of EMLA cream will help to reduce any burning sensation associated with Capzasin use.
Additionally Tab IBUPROFEN 400 mg twice a day for 3 days will help to reduce the inflammation.
These drugs have to be taken only under medical supervision.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

How do we know if this was caused by the spider bite, and if not what else could it be? Another doctor said it looked like a fungal infection and I should use the same treatment in store for jock itch which will treat any fungal infection.
Does this make sense. And if so what would have caused this? And how long should it take to go away cuz this has been going on a couple weeks now. Could it be scabies?

Brief Answer:
Persistence of rash for longer duration points towards spider bite
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I understand your concern.
Your rash doesn't seem to be scabies.
Normally spider bite releases toxins into your body and hence your symptoms are persisting.
So do not worry start taking the above said medications.
It may take 10 to 15 days to resolve.
