Suggest Treatment For Shivering With Frequent Urination

XXXXXXX XXXX
Follow the advice and visit physician with video recording
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
At this age parkinsons disease is commonly seen but if a neurologist has recently ruled out the diagnosis after examination then other possibilities have to be considered.
Shivering may be associated with urinary infection in presence of urinary complains.
Other possibility may be seizures causing shivering, incontinence and inability to move but daily at same time and lasting for 2-3 hours is an unlikely feature.
Stress related conversion reactions may also be one possibility.
I will advise you to consult a physician and another neurologist with video recording of your episodes of shivering and akinesia.
Any fever, headache , vomiting. Any neck pain, walking difficulty when you are asymptomatic?
Provide the details.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Regards
Dr Neeraj Kumar
