I am 22 years, 5 feet 7 and a half inches, 68 kgs. i have been masturbating from 14 years about once a day. It has become a compulsion now. I experience nervousness, tightening of facial muscles and muscles in the shoulders. Sometimes my brain just freezes when I talk to people. I experience coldness in my feet. Have sometimes difficulty in maintaining eye contact. I am a very talented guy. I play the organ, guitar and sing for the church choir. I also play a lot of basketball.

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay
ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Please try to reduce the frequency of masturbation by keeping yourself busy
in activities like sports,reading ,social work etc so that you will not get free time to masturbate.
