Hello and I am sorry that you are sick.
It sounds like you may have an infection. It could be bronchitis or pneumonia. You may also have strep throat. You need to see a doctor and get an exam and probably a chest xray. If this is an infection then it may not clear on its own. You want to get antibiotics before it becomes more serious.
Shortness of breath for two weeks is very concerning and may mean that you have a serious lung infection like pneumonia.
Please see a doctor as soon as possible for a diagnosis and treatment.
