Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing your query
After going through the description of injury, first thing first get x ray done to rule out fracture. Because further treatment and rehabilitation depends on that. Please share x ray finding in the follow up query.
Till that my advice would be take rest (cuff and collar sling), Ice fomentation, Ibuprofen to promote healing. Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.

Brief Answer:
Give sufficient time to heal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
It’s good to see you.
After going through the whole discussion we had ,it may well be the rotator cuff injury may be confirmed by physical examination and by MRI .So, my advice would be keeping in mind the district games - it usually takes few weeks to months depending upon the severity of injury to heal. So, my advice would be give sufficient time for soft tissue injury to heal, Ice you shoulder two to three times away to reduce pain and swelling.
To promote healing you may keep the arm away from the body supported by splint and take drugs like Trypsin/chymotrysin along with pain killer like Ibuprofen. These medicines along with tablet tendocare may be taken under medical guidance. Tapping of shoulder with kinaesthesia tape especially during the district games will help .If possible you may take physiotherapist help.
But whatever you do, do not be in hurry. Do not resume the sport activity until –
You feel no pain in your shoulder and it feels as the uninjured one.
You have almost normal range of motion and can sleep on the shoulder.
You can function as well as before the injury
If you start using your shoulder before it's healed, you could cause permanent damage.
Take care and all the best wishes for district games.
I shall be glad to answer any further query.
