Simple renal cortical cysts are almost always benign.
But it should be excised.
You should consult an urologist about the surgery.
Also the prostatomegaly is another concern.the residual volume is 40 ml.
But it can be treated medically now.
He can use tamsulin-d.
Your doctor will know the doses.

Hi,
Tamsulin -d contains tamsulosin.4mg and durostat .
He should also do an ultrasound KUB and a serum PSA after consulting your doctor.
Dose is changed or stopped depending upon the investigation reports.
