Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Bumps On The Vaginal Opening
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: I have a gynecological question. About three weeks ago, I was given antibiotics for a sinus infection. After completing the script, I developed a yeast infection which I knew was normal. I'm using an OTC medicine to treat this. .
While I was wiping, I noticed bumps at the bottom of my vulva near the vaginal opening. They are small and seem to be in a small cluster but I can't tell the actual texture of them. I've looked up numerous things ranging from genital warts, water warts, skin tags, sweat glands, and have even looked up to see of this could possibly be a symptoms of a yeast infection. I can't seem to get a clear answer from any of it. I've poured over hundreds of pictures and nothing seems to look like mine.
I do shave occasionally, but not all of the time. I recently did so I'm thinking this may be why I noticed them the first time. I do know that it would be a recent symptom, however, so maybe within the last five to six months
I have been sexually active with one person since 2011. My last pap smear was in 2014, and it came back normal. I tried taking a picture of them, but can't seem to get one that
is clear. I have an apt scheduled for the 4th, but would like to see what your opinion may be.

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic
I understand your anxiety but would like to ask a few questions
I want to know if there is a lot of itching or pain involved?
The lesions have a blend over them or is just like a folliculitis which has a same look as that of acne?
Waiting for your response

They bumps themselves are not painful or itchy. Only itchiness I experienced was from the yeast infection and now that I've been taking the medicine, that has cleared up some. The bumps are hard and seem to be smooth and flesh colored. I uploaded a picture to documents but am unsure how to attach it to this thread.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear, I've seen the attached images,
These STI molluscum lesions and will not be treated by medicines alone and rather needs chemical cautery so you need to visit a Dermatologist at the earliest otherwise it will spread to adjacent regions too and try to avoid scratching as much as possible.
