Brief Answer:
may be related to the infection itself

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The sinus and ear infection can definitely contribute to both nausea and dizziness since the ears play a major role in balance.

Amoxicillin , like most antibiotics, can cause nausea . Most antibiotics common have possible gastrointestinal side effects, so it may be contributing to this symptom.

If you get intolerable gastro side effects then the medication may need to be changed to one that you can tolerate.

In addition to the antibiotics, you would likely be taking an antihistamine/ decongestant combination. Both oral and topical decongestants should be used . Topical would include otrivine or normal saline.

Warm compresses to the face would help with the congestion and improve drainage. This can be done 2 to 3 times daily for 10 to 15 mins.

it can take 1 to 2 weeks for symptoms to completely resolve

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
