Question: I'm 58 years old and for the past week I have been suffering with a sinus infection now my ear is ringing and at times it's very painful can't sleep

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this medical history,I would have told you that this is probably the spread of sinus infection to ear,which is causing ringing and pain in ears.

Please get your ears urgently examined by an ENT specialist.You may need antibiotic therapy.
