Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection
Question: have had a throat hoarseness & occasional pain for the last 2 months. started as a sinus infection. can't get rid of the froginess in my throat.

As per my question and as per your answers you have mild viral infection and you can follow simple methods as below:-
1)Do salt water gargle three times a day
2)wash your hands thoroughly and frequently, especially after using the toilet, before eating, and after sneezing or coughing.
3)avoid sharing food drinking glasses.
4)cough or sneeze into tissue and throw it away.
5)Use alcohol based hand sanitizers
6)avoid smoking
7)Humidify your home
8)Do a CBC with differential
