Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

Question: I had a sinus infection that then became a moderate upper respiratory that was manageable but then on Monday of this week I started to have what felt like internal shingles (which I had about 5 years ago). Burning sensation on mostly the right side of the body, extreme muscle aches and fatigue. The burning sensation is better but last night the aches and pains throughout all parts of my body lead me to believe perhaps it wasn't shingles. I'm very healthy, 5 ft 4 inches, 117 lbs. Get lots of exercise. We are on vacation in FL, and the only thing I can think what is different in my eating, is I've have seafood pretty much every day - salmon often. Perhaps I had the flue. Just full of aches and pains
Brief Answer:
viral upper respiratory tract infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you might be having viral flu. The muscle aches and pains can be treated with anti inflammatory medicines like aceclofenac 100 mg tablet twice daily for 5 days. Steam inhalation daily twice may be helpful. for viral infection, you need to consult with the doctor and get evaluated properly. Over the counter drugs like antihistamines + decongestant tablet twice daily may be helpful. Avoid oily foods and cold items.
Hope my answers have helped you.
