Yes you need proper care and treatment promptly.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Probable Cause:-
Chronic Sinusitis is usually due to a bacterial infection. May it also be due to fungal infection but uncommon.

Management:-
If I was your treating physician for in-office visit I would have prescribed you;
*Normal Saline Nasal Spray
*Tablet Kestine
*Azithromycin
*Gargles with Listerine mouthwash
*Change your toothbrush every 25-30 days
*Avoid extremes of weather
*Avoid fried and spicy foods
*Take plenty of fluids and proper rest to ensure fast recovery.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up after sometime regarding the treatment efficacy and to see any need to change the treatment options is very necessary. Keep a follow up some days after this visit session ends.

Can you give a prescription for dizziness?

Answered by Dr. Muhammad Hanif (7 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Dizziness itself needs no medications. Please follow treatment plan aforementioned.

Detailed Answer:
I welcome you with a follow up query and appreciate the doubts you have. I am happy to help you in this regard.

Dizziness itself is nothing especially in your case. It is all due to the sinus infection, and it will be no more there once the sinusitis is resolved. I assure you will get better soon with the treatment aforementioned.

Kestine will help you with dizziness from the very start when it will kick in. No extra treatment prescription is needed for you. Once the root cause is gone its associated symptoms will also go away.
