Brief Answer:
Sinus problems
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic.
It all depends on what kind of problems you have been having with you sinuses. Could you describe them for me? Have you been having drainage, infections?
Have you had any scans on you sinuses? Or taken any antibiotics?
The more information you give me the more informed and useful a discussion we can have.
Looking forward to your reply.

Brief Answer:
Allergies and polyps
Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX
Thanks for following up. It sounds an alot like you have chronic sinusitis. Which is mostly an allergy issue. But sometimes, the allergies can get complicated with infections. You need to be seen by an ENT doctor who will use a small camera and look inside your nose. At the same time, the ENT may want to get a CT scan of the sinuses to make sure there is no fluid build up in them.
So my string advice is to seek an ENT's help. In the meantime. for my patients I like to prescribe Allegra 150 or deslor 10mg to control their allergic symptoms (sneezing etc). So talk to your doctor about those meds and find an ENT in your area that you trust.
Take Care. Feel free to follow-up
Vin
