Brief Answer:
Amoxicilin - cavulinic acid, Celestene

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I do understand how you might feel. Considering the fact that you have been having such symptoms for quite sometime now, a proper clinical review and some x rays might be useful. It is possible that complications like pus collection in sinuses, that might require surgical drainage might set in.

Antibiotics like Amoxicilin - Clavulinic acid 1g, one tablets twice daily for ten days, Celestene 2mg tablets, 2 tablets in the morning for 10 days and Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen to control pain might be needed.

Even if these drugs are needed, proper follow up and X rays in case symptoms persist or aggravate should be done. the opinion of an ENt specialist could be required, in some rare cases that might require surgery.

Kind regards

Dr Bain
