Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy With High Eosinophil Count In Children

This is XXXXX. My son is facing skin allergy with 1400 eosinophil count. He is age in 5.5 years. This skin allergy was happened almost more than six month. Please help me what I need to do ruduce eosinophil count.
Right now he is taking for syrup which is suggest by doctor but this is controlling only for couple of days.

This AEC count issue is occurred more than 1200 in entrained family (me,wife. Son) but son faced skin allergy and there is no allergy issue with me & wife.
Pl help below points.
1. It is occurred in entrained family? Any food allergy or water.....etc
2. What are foods we need to do avoid?
3. Which medicines needs to take for me & wife
4. Any risk because of high AEC count?

2. I would consider the Familial variant of Eosinophilia if your wife is closely related to your extended family, otherwise it cannot be familial. Yes, Familial Eosinophilia exists but is very rare. In this situation there is no long term health problem to the family members.
3. It is important for you to consult a Hematologist to rule out a Hypereosinophilic Syndrome. This will involve blood tests (including genetic tests), whole body check-up to look for signs of any organ damage, as food allergy is not the only reason for high eosinophil counts.
