Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection

Question: This is a follow-up from https://www.healthcaremagic.com/AskDoctorInboxServlet?page=viewQuery&queryId=271132

We have been applying ointment mupirocine to be applied in morning and ointment clotrimazole to be applied in night from last 13 days, please find picture of the affected area which was taken yesterday,

Please review these pictures and the ones which were provided earlier. My daughter sometimes complains plan in the same area where we have skin infection.

Please advice if we need to change course of medicine or continue as advised earlier

There is improvement.
Continue with mupirocine in morning and apply cortisone cream in night.
Give her a dose of syrup albendazole 400 mg stat for deworming.

Thanks doctor for the response, originally we were suppose to discontinue mupirocine in morning after 15 days and use cortisone for both day and night.

Please confirm how long we need to continue "mupirocine in morning and apply cortisone cream in night"?
