Suggest Treatment For Slight Stomach Cramps And Abscess In The Tooth

Question: I finished some antibiotics about a week and a half ago for an abscess tooth. As of 2 days ago i came down with some severe diarrhea. I have slight stomach cramps, like gas cramps. My stool also has a yellow water like fluid in it. There really doesnt seem to be any actual poop so much as the yellow liquid. Is thia normal? I have no other symptoms, no fever no headache etc...

You seem to have developed antibiotic induced diarrhea.

I'd recommend following in the treatment of antibiotic induced diarrhea :

1. A probiotic like Darolac twice daily for 5 days.
2. A combination of Pantoprazole and a motility agent(eg. Domperidone) once daily for 5 days.
